Shipping policy

How Delivery Works

Once your order is placed, our team immediately begins preparing it. All orders are processed within a few hours and dispatched as soon as they are ready.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If your tracking number shows “no information yet,” please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update.

Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 6 to 12 business days

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days

Custom Orders
Custom-designed pieces require additional preparation before shipping
Design time: up to 3 business days
Production time: up to 15 business days
Shipping times begin after production is completed.

Custom Order Fulfillment Timeline

 

All products sold on our website are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Due to high demand and limited daily production capacity, fulfillment times are significantly longer than standard ecommerce shipping.

 


Estimated Fulfillment Time

 

Current estimated fulfillment time for custom orders is up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

This timeframe refers to production and preparation, not shipping transit time.

Fulfillment times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders may be completed sooner or later depending on production volume, complexity, and supplier availability.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier and assist you immediately. 30 days or more are expected for custom orders since the High-Volume Notice has been put out ❤️
